Account Deletion
Last Updated: June 23, 2026.
You can request deletion of your Sin City Spotlight account and the personal data tied to that account at any time.
How to Request Deletion
- Email [email protected] from the email address connected to your account.
- Use the subject line Delete my Sin City Spotlight account.
- If you cannot email us from the account address, include enough information for us to verify that the account belongs to you before we delete it.
What We Delete
When your account is deleted, we delete or disconnect account-level personal data, including:
- your account email address, sign-in provider, and internal user ID;
- saved events, venue follows, preferences, interests, and trip dates;
- email subscription settings and browser push notification subscriptions;
- active account sessions.
What May Be Retained
- Server logs may remain for up to 90 days for security monitoring and operational troubleshooting.
- Aggregate analytics statistics that do not identify you may be retained indefinitely.
- Records required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or abuse-prevention purposes may be retained only as long as needed.
- Third-party services you use outside Sin City Spotlight, such as ticketing providers, control their own data under their own policies.
Timing
We will confirm your request and complete deletion as soon as practical. Most requests are completed within 30 days unless we need more information from you or a limited retention period is legally required.
Before You Delete
If you only want to stop emails or push notifications, you can update email preferences and revoke push notifications from your profile page without deleting your full account.
