Atlanta Rhythm Section is an American Southern rock and soft-rock band from Doraville, Georgia, known for smooth grooves, polished studio-musician chops, bluesy guitar work, and radio-friendly classic rock. Formed in 1970 from musicians connected to The Candymen, Classics IV, and Studio One, the band built a lasting ’70s catalog with songs like “So Into You,” “Imaginary Lover,” “Spooky,” “Champagne Jam,” “Doraville,” “Georgia Rhythm,” “Do It or Die,” and “I’m Not Gonna Let It Bother Me Tonight.”
