Eslabon Armado is an American regional Mexican group formed in Patterson, California, in 2017 and led by singer-songwriter Pedro Tovar alongside his brother Brian Tovar. The group helped bring sad sierreño and corridos tumbados to an international audience through acoustic guitars, requinto melodies, and emotionally direct songs about love and heartbreak. Its catalog includes “Con Tus Besos,” “Jugaste y Sufrí” with DannyLux, “Hasta la Muerte,” and the global Peso Pluma collaboration “Ella Baila Sola,” which became the first regional Mexican song to reach the Top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100. Eslabon Armado’s albums include Tu Veneno Mortal, Corta Venas, NOSTALGIA, DESVELADO, Vibras De Noche II, and NOCTURNO.
