G-Eazy is an American rapper, songwriter, and producer from Oakland, California, known for blending Bay Area hip-hop with polished pop production, introspective writing, and a cool, conversational flow. Born Gerald Earl Gillum, he built an independent following before breaking into the mainstream with the 2014 album These Things Happen and tracks such as “I Mean It” and “Tumblr Girls.” His success expanded with When It’s Dark Out and the Bebe Rexha collaboration “Me, Myself & I,” followed by The Beautiful & Damned, which produced major hits including “No Limit” with A$AP Rocky and Cardi B and “Him & I” with Halsey.
