GATANO is the house-focused project of Toronto DJ and producer Julian Dzeko, previously known professionally as Dzeko and as one half of Dzeko & Torres. A multi-platinum producer whose earlier career included the global Tiësto, Post Malone and Preme collaboration “Jackie Chan,” GATANO shifts his sound toward Afro house, indie dance, tech house and groove-driven club music. The project has quickly established its own catalog through “BRB” with Jungle Boy and Eppy, “Not For Nothing” with HUGEL, Roy Woods and Eppy, and “Bad Bitch” with HUGEL and Sexyy Red, connecting Dzeko’s pop and electronic production background with a more underground club direction.
