Isaiah Rashad is a Chattanooga, Tennessee rapper and songwriter known for introspective Southern hip-hop built around soulful production, relaxed flows and emotionally candid writing. He joined Top Dawg Entertainment in 2013 and earned widespread acclaim with the 2014 project Cilvia Demo, followed by The Sun’s Tirade, The House Is Burning and the 2026 album IT’S BEEN AWFUL. His defining tracks include “Shot You Down,” “Heavenly Father,” “4r Da Squaw,” “Free Lunch,” “Wat’s Wrong,” “Headshots (4r Da Locals)” and “Wat U Sed,” with collaborators including SZA, Kendrick Lamar, ScHoolboy Q, Jay Rock, Lil Uzi Vert and Doechii.
