Jack White is an American singer, songwriter, guitarist, producer, and label founder from Detroit whose work blends garage rock, blues rock, alternative rock, folk, country, punk, and experimental music. He first achieved international recognition as guitarist and vocalist of The White Stripes, creating classics such as “Seven Nation Army,” “Fell in Love with a Girl,” “Dead Leaves and the Dirty Ground,” and “Icky Thump,” before expanding his work through The Raconteurs and The Dead Weather.
