KevOnStage, born Kevin Fredericks, is an American stand-up comedian, actor, writer, producer, filmmaker, and digital creator known for observational comedy rooted in family life, relationships, church culture, and everyday experiences. He built a major online audience through comedy sketches and commentary before expanding into nationally touring stand-up, creating the streaming comedy series Keep Your Distance Comedy and founding KevOnStage Studios. Fredericks created, stars in, and executive produces the BET+ comedy series Churchy, which became the platform’s most-watched scripted comedy during its debut week, and his television work also includes A Black Lady Sketch Show, The Hospital, Safe Space, and Friday Night Vibes. He is also a New York Times bestselling author with Marriage Be Hard and Successful Failure and hosts comedy and conversation projects including Here’s the Thing and The Bald Brothers Podcast.
