Khalid Donnel Robinson, known simply as Khalid, is an American singer and songwriter from El Paso, Texas, whose introspective and soulful sound has earned him widespread acclaim. Signing with Right Hand Music Group, an imprint of RCA Records, Khalid released his debut single "Location" in 2016, followed by "Young Dumb & Broke" in 2017, both of which reached the top 20 on the Billboard Hot 100 and received diamond certifications. His debut album, "American Teen," was a critical and commercial success, earning quadruple platinum certification and a Grammy nomination.
