Kottonmouth Kings is an American hip-hop and rap-rock group formed in Orange County, California, in 1996, known for blending underground rap with punk, reggae, psychedelic rock, and cannabis-centered counterculture. The group gained early national exposure with “Suburban Life” from the Scream 2 soundtrack and built a devoted following through songs including “Bump,” “Tangerine Sky,” “4-2-0,” “Positive Vibes,” and “Where I’m Going?” Its extensive catalog includes Royal Highness, High Society, Rollin’ Stoned, Kottonmouth Kings No. 7, Cloud Nine, and The Green Album. Led in its current era by original member D-Loc, Kottonmouth Kings returned with new touring activity and the 2026 EP California Burning.
