Mark Bautista is a Filipino pop singer, balladeer and stage performer known for his polished vocals and long-running career in OPM. He rose to national prominence as the first runner-up on the television singing competition Star for a Night and built a recording catalog that includes favorites such as “I Need You,” “How Did You Know,” “Break It to Me Gently,” “Kaya Mo” and his duet with Sarah Geronimo, “Broken Vow.” Beyond recording and television, Bautista has developed a substantial musical-theater career, performing in productions including Noli Me Tangere, The Full Monty and David Byrne and Fatboy Slim’s Here Lies Love, in which he portrayed Ferdinand Marcos in major international productions.
