Murals is a progressive post-hardcore trio featuring Hail the Sun guitarist and vocalist Shane Gann, bassist and vocalist Tony Bautista, and drummer Blake Dahlinger. The musicians previously worked together in the concept project Sufferer, then expanded their collaboration into a band that combines technical riffs, forceful rhythms, melodic experimentation and socially conscious songwriting. Murals debuted with several singles in 2022 and released its self-titled record in 2025, featuring tracks such as “they’re there,” “tough,” “black tongue,” “dopamine” and “moira.”
