Ravyn Lenae is a Chicago-born singer and songwriter known for airy soprano vocals and a genre-fluid sound spanning alternative R&B, neo-soul, pop, funk, psychedelic soul, and indie rock. She emerged through the Chicago collective Zero Fatigue and early projects including Moon Shoes, Midnight Moonlight, and the Steve Lacy-produced EP Crush before releasing the albums Hypnos and Bird’s Eye.
