SIDEPIECE is the house duo of Ricky Mears and Dylan Ragland, better known individually as Party Favor and Nitti. Since launching the project in 2019, they have built a strong reputation through big club records, major streaming numbers, and a sound that made them one of the more in-demand names in house music.
The duo came together as two already established producers with serious credentials of their own. Nitti brought award-winning production experience, including work tied to Bad Bunny’s x100pre, while Party Favor came in with a catalog that had already pulled in hundreds of millions of streams and collaborations with artists like Sean Kingston, Gucci Mane, Baauer, Dillon Francis, and A$AP Ferg. That foundation helped SIDEPIECE hit quickly, including a Grammy nomination for Best Dance Recording in 2021 and the distinction of having the most supported dance record in the world in 2020.
