The Family Stone is the official touring band carrying forward the music and legacy of Sly & The Family Stone. Led by founding saxophonist and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee Jerry Martini, with vocalist Phunne Stone, daughter of Sly Stone and Cynthia Robinson, the band performs the funk, soul, R&B, rock, and psychedelic classics that helped define the original group’s groundbreaking sound, including “Everyday People,” “Dance to the Music,” “Stand!,” “Hot Fun in the Summertime,” “Thank You,” and “I Want to Take You Higher.”
