Tim Allen is an American stand-up comedian, actor, voice actor, author, and producer known for blue-collar comedy, family sitcoms, and some of the most recognizable roles in modern screen comedy. He became a household name as Tim “The Tool Man” Taylor on Home Improvement, later starred as Mike Baxter on Last Man Standing, and returned to network comedy with Shifting Gears.
