Tokyo Kanpai Boys are a Japanese stand-up comedy collective featuring Kansei Yasuda, Daniel Wilson, Shota Saimu and Daisuke Muramoto, bringing together comedians with backgrounds in Japanese, American and international comedy. Their material focuses heavily on cultural differences, dating, language, everyday misunderstandings and life between Japan and the West, with performances presented in both English and Japanese. The lineup includes Kill Tony Golden Ticket winner Yasuda; Japanese-American comedian and Watanabe Comedy School alumnus Wilson; bilingual stand-up Saimu; and Muramoto, who first became widely known as half of the Japanese manzai duo Woman Rush Hour before moving into solo stand-up. The group developed from the earlier Monsters of Tokyo touring concept and now performs under the Tokyo Kanpai Boys name.
