X Ambassadors are a multi-platinum alternative-rock and pop-rock trio formed in Ithaca, New York, by brothers Sam Nelson Harris and Casey Harris with drummer Adam Levin. The band blends rock instrumentation with soul, electronic production, hip-hop rhythms and anthemic pop songwriting, led by Sam’s powerful vocals and Casey’s keyboard work. X Ambassadors achieved international success with “Renegades,” “Unsteady” and “Jungle,” followed by songs including “Ahead of Myself,” “BOOM,” “Hey Child” and “My Own Monster,” along with the albums VHS, ORION, The Beautiful Liar and Townie. The group revisited its breakthrough debut in 2025 with VHS(X), a re-recorded and reimagined edition created for the album’s tenth anniversary.
