Spotlight Summary
British-Irish stand-up comedian Jimmy Carr brings his brand-new Laughs Funny tour to the Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas, returning to the venue following a sold-out engagement in 2025. The show features all-new material delivered in Carr's signature style — rapid-fire one-liners, deadpan timing, and dark humour — in a 90-minute, no-interval performance. Audiences can also expect Carr's acclaimed crowd work and live audience interaction, a hallmark of his live shows. Fresh off his 2024 Netflix special Natural Born Killer and his hosting duties on Amazon Prime's Last One Laughing UK, Carr is currently touring across more than 40 countries on six continents.

Did You Know
The theater originally opened in 2005 as the Broadway Theater with 1,200 seats, specifically built to host Avenue Q — a show Steve Wynn had seen in New York and believed could run for 10 years at the resort. After Avenue Q closed in May 2006, the venue went through several name changes before becoming the Encore Theater.
