About Nevada Ballet - Hansel and Gretel

Nevada Ballet Theatre presents Hansel and Gretel, choreographed by Loughlan Prior, in its Las Vegas premiere. The production takes audiences through a fantastical retelling of the Brothers Grimm classic, featuring characters including sparkling Dew Fairies, Pink-Iced Gingerbread Men, and a maniacal Ice Cream Witch, set to an original score by composer Claire Cowan. Marking only the second time this production has been staged in the United States, the show weaves energetic choreography and storytelling around universal themes of hardship, hope, and triumph.

Nevada Ballet Theatre brings a magical retelling of Hansel and Gretel to Smith Center’s acoustically stunning Reynolds Hall.
