Spotlight Summary

About Shucked

Shucked is the Tony Award-winning musical comedy about an unlikely hero, an unscrupulous con man, and a battle for the heart and soil of a small-town corn community called Cob County. The show features a book by Tony Award winner Robert Horn, a country-infused score by Grammy Award-winning songwriting duo Brandy Clark and Shane McAnally, and direction by Tony Award winner Jack O’Brien. The national touring production runs approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes including intermission, and is recommended for ages 10 and up, as it contains adult themes and mature comedic innuendo.

Shucked brings a witty musical comedy to Reynolds Hall’s acoustically stunning setting, perfect for theater lovers.
