The Big Apple Coaster is a steel roller coaster wrapping around the exterior of the New York-New York Hotel and Casino on the Las Vegas Strip. The ride reaches speeds of over 67 mph and features the world's first 180-degree heartline twist and dive maneuver — designed to simulate a barrel roll in a jet fighter — along with a 144-foot drop and two inversions including a vertical loop. Trains are themed to New York City taxicabs and travel along nearly 4,800 feet of track, delivering stunning elevated views of the Strip. Riders must meet a 54-inch height requirement to board.
