About
ABSINTHE is Spiegelworld’s long-running Las Vegas circus-variety production staged in an intimate custom spiegeltent within the Green Fairy Garden outside Caesars Palace. The show combines high-risk acrobatics, physical spectacle and deliberately raunchy comedy, with performers working only a few feet from the audience on a compact circular stage. Presided over by the outrageous Gazillionaire, the production moves rapidly between specialty circus acts and irreverent comic interludes rather than following a traditional storyline. Its close-quarters format makes balancing, aerial and strength routines feel especially immediate, while the humor is confrontational, unpredictable and often directed at audience members. ABSINTHE opened at Caesars Palace on April 1, 2011, and reached its 15th anniversary in 2026. Audiences can expect an intentionally provocative blend of contemporary circus, vaudeville-style variety and late-night Las Vegas comedy.
