Marquee Nightclub is a large-format nightclub and dayclub located inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, spanning multiple levels and featuring a main room with a substantial LED screen and production lighting setup oriented around a central dance floor and DJ booth.

The main room features coliseum-style banquette seating, a 40-foot LED DJ booth, a projection stage, and two dancefloors — arrive early to secure a good position on the floor.
The Boom Box room provides a 360-degree bar, dance floor, and DJ booth in a more intimate setting one floor below the main club.
The Library offers 11 VIP tables, a long bar, a billiards table, a fireplace, and a DJ spinning down-tempo lounge music — a strong option for groups wanting to converse without shouting.
Seven bars are spread across the three rooms, so there are usually shorter lines at the bars in The Boom Box or The Library compared to the main room.
The venue features Funktion-One sound throughout its three rooms.
